Meet the Instructor

My family and I have always loved the water and look forward to the swimming season every year. From early on we have taught each of our children to respect the water. When my youngest came along I was introduced to the ISR program through a friend. Being an enthusiastic boy, I was nervous with him every time we were near a pool. I was truly amazed at his progress in just a few weeks. Not only was he learning to swim at 2 years old, but he was able to save himself with the ISR Self-Rescue skills he was acquiring if the need should ever arise. I was so moved by this experience that I began my journey of becoming a certified Instructor shortly after. I am truly honored to be part of such an amazing organization and to further the ISR mission- "not one more child drowns.“
